Create an Auditors Profile in Central Administration

In the event your SharePoint environment requires either an internal or external system audit, it is beneficial to have an audit profile, or permission set, already established in Central Administration.  An audit profile will allow users who are added to the SharePoint permission group to access Central Administration and view the services and configuration without having the ability to actually change anything.
